Phil Havers is the founder and principal of Havers Law Offices, Inc., P.S.
Phil's practice is focused upon civil litigation, including cases of personal injury; real estate and land use law; trademarks & copyrights; corporate and business law including business formation, legal compliance, business transactions, and noncompetition agreements; landlord and tenant law; and construction law. Phil has litigated a diverse range of cases, including real estate disputes and intellectual property disputes.
He has also successfully applied for and registered scores of federal trademarks and has assisted numerous clients in establishing corporations and in complying with ongoing legal requirements and filings to maintain their corporations.
Phil graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame Law School. He received his B.A. from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Following graduation from law school, Phil worked at the law firm of Gardner, Carton & Douglas in Chicago, Illinois, where he was a member of the Illinois State Bar (now inactive). A native of the Northwest, Phil returned home and has been practicing law in Kitsap County since 2003. Phil is licensed to practice in Washington State Court and Washington State Federal Court - Western and Eastern Districts.
